TurboTax locked up and would not update

Could not get TurboTax 2020 to update. Only way I was able to get update was to do a manual update, using Microsoft Edge. Would not work using Firefox or Chrome. Very disappointed in this year's TurboTax

Issues Issues Issues Cant efile State

Unable to E file State as it required signing into intuit and intuit keeps saying my password is incorrect. I changed it and it still will not let me in on my laptop but can use same password to access from other devices. Not a cap number or any miss keying issue. about 10 attempts.

Turbo Tax Does the job

Works great the only problem I experience is when I need to change or find something that was previously entered, otherwise very efficient.

This year after efile one cannot retransmit the rejected state taxes after the correction.
