It's fairly easy to use. Did have to contact the help center 3 times. Once it did not save my figures and I had to reenter everything. staff at help desk is great.

Very simple to follow the questions asked about the tax data. Simple process.
The price is really low for quality of the software. Very high quality for all aspects of tax preparation.
