I could not import my 2019 information. The bank information would work and I continued to have problems as I tried to enter information.

Even Clergy Can Use It!

As a (semi) retired minister, taxes are complicated. I've been filing using TurboTax Home and Business for decades. The only problem I have had was entering my pension information from a 1099-R so that it showed up as non-taxable (because it was excludable as housing allowance under IRS rules). The Church Pension Fund tax consultant for retired clergy solved that over the phone in five minutes.

Got through TurboTax fairly easily. The "guide me" function helps a lot. Only a few things were different this year but I was able to adapt.

Hard to navigate, hard to get clarification or help. it's just hard. I've been using it for years, which is the only reason I still use it. not sure any other product is better, though I find it difficult to believe that others are worse
