TurboTax require online chat function

Turbo Tax is easy to work. However if there is a chat function available to answer the question while filling the information.
My tax return was rejected fro IRS and hence State. without any error code. Not knowing what is wrong how am I supposed fix it.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years, and it has always simplified my tax return, and been accurate. The "help" explanations are very clear.

Turbo tax worked pretty well

This was my first time using Turbo tax and things worked out well enough. An issue was that my 2019 return (done by hand, mailed in 6-23-20, payment check cashed, but IRS does not have the return processed due to delays / personnel / COVID / etc.) - caused issues with the AGI value being requested by Turbo tax ( probably requested by the IRS) to validate who I am . I have a paper copy of what I mailed to the IRS so I had the AGI number and used it - and my tax returns ( Federal and State ) were being refused. Hopefully I worked things out after spending quite some time on the phone and used 0.00 as the AGI value. I'll likely find out later. I wanted to avoid having to mail in a paper return and was on the verge of having to. Note about questions below - my wife owns a business and is self employed thus complicating the taxes.

Program full of glitches and issues. It makes me repeat a lot of steps and filing a state return after filing a Federal return is impossible - at least so far. I expected better.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
