It's TurboTax for me!

Tag me as a TurboTax user for over 10 years. I do about 10 returns a year for myself, family and friends. One feature I really like about TurboTax is the ability to transfer prior year return information into current model. This saves me a good deal of typing. I also like the ability to e-file the returns directly via TurboTax. I use the Home & Business package, but find that the 5 return filing limit is not enough for my needs and hope that TurboTax may increase the limit to 10 returns in future releases, which would cover the number of returns I prepare, not for charge but as a courtesy for family and friends that need help filing their taxes. Otherwise, all is well with TurboTax!

Instructions difficult

I have used home and business for years and it has always worked fine. This year I sold a car that I used for my business. The instructions for this were confusing and minimal. Not what I expect from Turbo-tax

Complex situations aren't explained

While TurboTax is fine for simpler situations, complex taxes aren't their strong suit. There is very little help or explanations available and I was often left to google terms that were unfamiliar. There wasn't enough help in explaining why doing something one way would be beneficial versus another way.The only real way to figure out what the best course of action was is to try each way. Also, when options were available, it would have been really time-saving to indicate that unless you exceed a certain amount, it wouldn't help you.
