leads you through doing your taxes. makes it easy to fill in the blanks. can stop start at your convenience. checks for errors and help send your tax return in. doesn't get better than that...ya it dose, if you get money back!!!!!!

2020 was the buggiest TurboTax I've used and I've used TurboTax for many years. I am used to TurboTax and I know how to navigate it fairly well so I'll continue to use it. That being said, I don't know if it's the best thing available as I have never used anything else. I do feel that TurboTax can be overly complicated and time consuming to use and that may be just because our Tax Codes are ridiculous and they're trying to be proactively protective and think of everything. Bottom line, filing taxes really stinks but I manage to get through it every year with TurboTax.

Easy to Use, Saves Money over an Accountant

I find TurboTax easy to use, and since it walks you through every income item and possible deductible, I feel confident my taxes are done correctly. I have a small business, and I used to pay an accountant hundreds of dollars every year. This is more economical, and I feel like I have greater control over my taxes with Turbo Tax.

I'll Never use any other way again

I used Turbo Tax every year for 15 years and never had a problem. Last year I started a small business and used another company, I purchased this program to double check there results. I will use only Turbo Tax in the future.
