TurboTax saves so much time!

Turbotax is really excellent. It imports information directly from my financial institutions, saving me much time. I always feel confident when I file that I have done my taxes correctly when I use Turbotax. Just one thing you could improve: the entire work-age doesn't fit in the window of my laptop and it's sometimes hard to grab the vertical sidebar to move down the page.

I found the search section very confusing. I put in a question and what pops up is not even close to the problem I'm having. I have been using TurboTax for 20 years but this time there were a real lack of answers..

So frustrating

Had a very difficult time with the program this year. I have used this program in the past with no problem but this year was much different. I would have retuned the entire thing if I could have done so ( or burned it at one point). It is also supposed to come with a free state return but I had to pay for the state filing. I was too tired by the time I finished to protest which may be part of Turbotax's plan. Will NOT be buying next year.
