TurboTax is not as good as it used to be

I had issues with automatic updates this year. It kept giving me Error message. Had to research through online, community, etc... to finally got the link to do a manual update after uninstalling, restarting, and re-installing,... to get the software to work properly again. It was time consuming for me who don't have much time.
