You don't need an accountant with TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax for 6 years and I love that I don't have to pay an accountant to do my taxes. As a freelancer I need to be sure I enter every deduction I'm entitled to and TurboTax walks me through everything so I don't forget anything. One year I had to file for three different states and it made the process so easy. It's so easy a beginner can do it. I highly recommend!

Turbo Tax is the ONLY tax software I will use!

The best tax software I have ever used. I tried two other packages in the past and I will always use Turbo Tax. It is reliable and if I have a question I can get an answer.

Turbo tax made a difficult return easy. I was dreading doing my taxes but they literally walk you through every scenario possible.

TurboTax Is Still Great

I've used Turbotax for years and have found it to be just as great as it always has been. It is easy to understand and use. It makes tax reporting fairly quick, even when the tax situation is complicated. I especially appreciate it that I can file taxes not only for myself, but for my growing grandkids.

Super easy and quick!

We use Turbotax every year. This is the first year we had to use the small business version and it was just as easy and quick as the regular version. It was professional, helpful, and we had all our questions answered. Thank you Turbotax!

TurboTax is pretty good, but has minor quirks

Works pretty well and definitely saves time doing taxes. There are some issues. In 2020, self-employment tax deferral based on income/loss between March 27 and Dec 31 is not well handled in the software. If your business has a loss, it can't handle it (line 18 of SE-T). If you add more deductions, it does not adjust line 18 of SE-S automatically. You have to do it yourself. One long-standing issue is that it does not keep track of charitable contribution carry-over from year-to-year, even if you use TurboTax every year.
