too slow to load

the program doesnt load up the tax returns and the blue wheel keeps spinning.
also, you shouldnt be charging so much money to efile a state tax return. They are free on their website.

Smart Check is really dumb (Home & Business)

Cryptic error messages with little or explanation forces me to try and find an answer on the internet. I bet most of these "errors" are software bugs, anyway.

turbo tax-ok

I've used Turbo Tax for years, it does an OK job. Gets very confusing and over time consuming if you let program lead process. I also HATE that I pay extra to have one State tax return yet I have to pay extra to file electronically with that state. I've already paid a lot for software i should not have to pay extra to use the program fully.

Thorough and walks you step by step. Does not support touchscreen technology, cumbersome to scroll though. Does not remember your progress within a subject, always takes you to the beginning. Redundant.
