Sucks - cant do previous tax year

Trying like crazy for file another tax year. It is impossibe to find this option in the desktop software. Have gone through all the menus, have used the help feature multiple times. This is beyond frustrating. Been at it over 1 hour - unacceptable

Forms 1099 MISC & NEC

1) No option to re e-file Form 1099NEC in case of amendments
2) Turbo Tax won't accept the No option when asked if you would like to prepare a Form 1099MISC
Overall software for this portion of TT seems very highschoolish.
