Trouble getting started, trouble at the end.

May not be the fault of TurboTax but my download started but did not finish. When I tried to download again, it would not let me because I had already used my license code.
Good thing I still had my old computer with the DVD drive so I could download it there then transfer it over via thumb drive.
That's the beginning, the end: I was not given (printed out) the summary sheet and instructions on where to mail the return. Nor was it a part of my saved copies. Very disappointing.

Other than having to search around or back track which can be confusing, Turbo Tax makes filing taxes easier!

Love Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for 15 years and find it to be a wonderful way to file our taxes!
I import previous information and it guides me through each step. I really like that it compares each year to the previous one and offers help when needed. The step-by-step guide is terrific. I can get my taxes done in less than three hours.

Poor quality this year - 3 major bugs

3 significant bugs this year:
1. Product activation was a huge pain due to the activation screen displaying blank
2. Experienced the Sch SE-S "Line 18 is too large" bug. A bug that was reported to Turbotax in late January and still unresolved in early March.
3. Attempted to file my state taxes online, but could not do so due to getting stuck repeatedly at the pay step. Had to file a paper return.

Easy and Fast

Got our taxes done in one afternoon. Had all our paperwork ready and just went through the steps. Ran into one tech bug but the customer support team fixed it over the phone. Highly recommend! Faster and easier than filing with a tax preparation service last year.

I was displeased with turbo Tax because i had to pay a few to e-file my state taxes. It told me that i could use my free state to file but i ended paying a fee of $25.00.
