I've used TurboTax for many years, so overall very happy ...
Its value would be greatly enhanced by an internal search tool that takes the user to the relevant form/EasyStep ... for example, searching on QBI only brings up articles, not the specific EasyStep(s) or form(s)

TURBO TAX IS GREAT

I HAVE USED TUBO TAX FOR MANY YEARS. I LIKE THAT IT IS USER FRIENDLY, AND EASY TO NAVIGATE. THE E-FILE IS A PLUS AND YOU FEEL CONFIDENT WHEN YOU ARE DONE.
