I have been using Turbo Tax for years. This year was a bit more difficult finding specific question answers and I had to call support. They were able to address my concerns and answer my questions.

A couple of spots were a little confusing at first, but each time Turbo Tax let me know it was in control. Been using Turbo Tax for over 20 years.it's never let me down.

Used TT since early '90's (late '80's?)-B4 Intuit!

I have used TT successfully for many years - 1st for my private returns, then later for my law office, as well. Possibly since the late '80's - when we HAD to print and file the paper Return! I have always appreciated the "help" buttons, and in the past have used the "Chat" functions to get some answers to difficult questions. Thank You Turbo Tax!
B4 TT, I did my own taxes by hand. I'm married with one daughter, and own my home. I am a Sole Proprietor of my Law Office, with a B.A. (with High Honors), 2 teaching credentials and a Juris Doctor degree. I have had no changes this past year (except:
adopted a family of feral cats?) BUT - I'm retiring in June, 2021 - AND MOVING to Idaho! Yay! (Our home is being built as I write this!).
