Good product, but COMPLETELY misled when we got to the FINAL step in e-filing and HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA $25!!!!
TOTALLY misleading!! If it were NOT for the extra trouble which would have been involved in BACKTRACKING to REMOVE the state return from the e-file queue, would have done so.

We have used Turbo Tax for preparation of our Personal and Sole Proprietorship business for the past 20 years or so and have always found it to be very thorough and easy to work with and understand. The online help and the ability to contact an individual with particular questions has been very helpful.

Technically the service is very good providing excellent guidance. One suggestion is to revisit the foreign dividend tax section payment section for those of us with multiple (greater than ten) countries. Difficult to navigate.
A great service overall in the opinion of a 10+ year customer!
