Very Thorough

This is my first time filing taxes, and I do like how thorough the program is — not just in taking me through the steps, but in explaining most things as well. However, I do wish that the Mac program had a similarly modern and crisp aesthetic to the website's version (if possible). A zoom/font-editing option would be nice too, since not everybody can take leaning in for such a long time.

My saved turbotax file crashed,

I did most of my 2020 tax return, one day later, when i ready to finish it, i found file data crashed, i had no choice to redo it again. turbo tax forced me to enter number by myself at the final step, turbo tax asked me once. It make me confused and be cautious if my previous input or answer is correct or and if turbo tax makes mistake. I consider to file my future return in alternative way.

TurboTax 2020 (Mac) is a pain to use

Turbotax 2020 (download version) is worse that the 2019 and 2018 versions. It is full of bugs. We and Intuit support people had to struggle for hours to fix errors in software. Even basic multiplication was done wrong by the software in one of the forms.
Font size is so small in the Mac version, it takes a powerful magnifier to read what is on the screen.
