Buggy software

Discovered a few calculating bugs that I had to go back and manually edit and correct. Bug made significant error, not in my favor.

Except for payment concerning state filing charges

I've used Turbo Tax for years and like it. However, I often have trouble understanding the prompts about foreign taxes; and the questions re. completing some investment forms after running review, often lack a good explanation of what's required. Based on these issues I'll always rate it four instead of five stars. Also, this year and last year, I had to use the help desk after downloading the software. Data wouldn't transfer from the prior year(s).

They seem to have fixed some troublesome bugs since last year, such as not allowing for two separate businesses, each with its own Schedule C and separate home office, on a joint return.
