turbo tax was easy to use again

I WOULD REQUEST ONE CHANGE ONLY. IN YEARS PAST THERE WAS AN OPTION UNDER "FORMS" WHERE THE PULL-DOWN MENU SHOWED:
1) FORMS and 2) MY FORMS.
IT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO HAVE THE "MY FORMS" FEATURE ADDED BACK INTO THE PROGRAM

25+ years of using TurboTax

There is always some issue loading the software. This year the disk did not fit the DVD drive, so I had to download it. The last few years there were software compatibility issues which did not happen this year. Once over the hurdles I am psyched to do taxes. Don't know how I would go back to doing taxes manually.

Wanted to give 5 stars but don't like some changes

I have been using Turbo Tax since the early 90"s. Could always get an answer to any question. Now there's an extra charge if you can not locate the answer through your help section. Access to the community also sucks, My question never populated. Actually has to call the IRS took 3 days to reach an individual there.
