I have needed help before i started. The new Turbotax does not run on my 2009 or 2011
the required update canot be loaded on either computer. My 2019 taxes were on my 2011
computer, the new MacBook Air has different shape ports, eventually i bought the needed adapter. I had several questionsv for the TurboTax accountants whom i found very helpful .

Turbotax thinks it e-filed; IRS records say no

Very not-fun to get a letter from the IRS 3 months after I e-Filing through TurboTax saying I made no submission. Even less fun that Turbotax still says "the IRS has accepted this return" in the app.

Turbotax 2020 is definitely not up to its reputation!

Have some problems with turbotax Home and Business

I have been using turbo tax 13 years! Normally I do not have problems with turbo tax.
--For this year,--
I check that I did not have fam rental property,. turbo tax keep on going to the forms for me to fill out and added the schedule in.
I entered information in the program and it did not transfer it to the forms.
