Printing for Mailing was an Issue

I want to mail my returns, not e-file. When I went to print them, I have dark lines across several parts of the forms. Wasted a lot of paper trying to fix this (thought it was my printer - it was not).

This year's return was are rejected supposedly because my 2019 AGI was incorrect but it wasn't so I talked with a representative (Rakiya?). She was very professional and helpful. I have now efiled for the 3rd time today and hope my return is accepted at both the federal and state level.

This program is great to use, except - you can't print the efile confirmation page with the date and time efiled. That should be fixed.

TurboTax works great

Let TurboTax guide me through. Saves time and the review of the tax return is great. One problem is when trying to log in to your account. Forgot my password and after trying to recover for about an hour, ended up using the Guest feature to finish up.

Turbo Tax Really Saves Time

Love using Turbo Tax. If I know what to cover, I can select that I will choose which topics to cover. If I am not sure, I can select to have Turbo Tax walk me through it. Saves tons of time, and I love the little help boxes.
