Turbo Tax Blew It for 2020 returns

I do taxes for myself, my daughter & 4 grandchildren every year with Turbo Tax. For 2020 returns TT won't even let me enter State info for download & print YET I can go onto Intuit for free file. I've used TT for 20 years and will NEVER PURCHASE AGAIN

The window for purchase the state e return button on the right low corner is out of screen MAKE IS VERY HARD TO PRESS FOR CONTINUE > MUST BE LOCATE HIGHER INSIDE OF THE COMPUTER SCREEN
