Reliable, easy to use

I have used TurboTax for nearly 20 years and it has always lived up to expectations. The only audits I have had were due to an incorrect data entry on my part. Ordering process using TurboTax Advantage works well. Only complaint is that the link from my Intuit account to the TurboTax Advantage account is not clear, would be nice to have a more direct access process. Was difficult to reload a previous year's version to amend an earlier return.

Started using Turbo Tax a few years ago and its my go to for tax preparation. Love the ease of transferring previous year information and the in software help guidance and tips to get you to your best end result. I enjoy using Turbo Tax!
