Although there is always a question I will have here and there, I can't imagine doing my taxes with any other software. I have tried others but TurboTax is the best.

Necessary Evil

Have been doing taxes with Turbo Tax for 15+ years. While I do my taxes successfully, the product really does not evolve as I think it should. It handles state taxes and K1 income very poorly. For the money, and the time this product has been around, I would expect them to be refining this product for even easier use in all situations.

Nice and easy

For the most part, Turbotax is pretty easy to use, even when doing our self-owned business. The forms are all there and pretty easy to follow. A couple of times, the error messages were hard to figure out and it took some digging to get them resolved. But in the end, I was able to do it.

IT sent me through every single step

Never a problem no matter how complex the situation. There was always an answer. It seemed like the program anticipated through ESP what I was thinking when I was confused and gave me the correct answer every time.
