Some things not explained

Mainly good, have been using TT for years, but as the tax forms have become more complicated TT does not keep up with giving clear information using vernacular English over and above what IRS provides (which is not in clear language). Many forms are not properly explained and it is still difficult to access support for a quick question.

Its easy to use

I have been using Turbo Tax for the past 6 years. Things that haven't changed are program is very slow to open and always has updates to download an install. I had problems with the program being unresponsive when trying to enter my information. The additional fees for e-filing and extra state returns could be better noted on the packaging.
