Recommended IRA and saved me more on taxes

TurboTax recommended that my husband invest in an IRA, saving us additional tax. Analysis of whether he was eligible was very good as well as clear regarding why I was not eligible to have a deductible IRA. You still need to improve on the handling of NQSO when the amount on the W2 does not match the transaction. But getting better.

Workflow is Terrible and data entry redundancy

As the list of income and deduction sources increases, you have to go to bottom of screen to move into the next section. I recommended in past to list most recent area in top of screen.

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 10 years. Each year it gets easier to file. I like the step by step process, keeps me from missing credits and deductions. I wouldn't use another program. Nice Job.

Turbotax Works

The product is fairly easy to use. I have used it for many years. I find some of the helps to need help. I have to go to the government to read about several items on the questions when filling out the income portion for tax preparation. This is especially true when dealing with retirement income.

You're getting better

This years tax program seemed to run more smoothly than last years .I am still having issues with Federal system, more covid related than software related. Need a better system for figuring out estimated taxes (could be separate program) when you itemize.

I do our returns and my two daughters and it's so easy to use and make sure everything is complete. I wish I didn't have to buy the same state 3 times though.
