Overpriced and oversold

should not charge what you do for these services. Free filing is available for most/all the services that are offered with the package that I paid over 100 for.

Turbo Tax is easy to use

The only fault I see with trubo tax is you allow up too five fed filings but only one state filing. Pa used to allow free filing on their site not done for 2020 very annoying to have to go back to mailing state thru US Postal service

I have used Turbo Tax for over 30 years to date. I haven't ever had any trouble using the software. Sometimes I do have to reread what is being asked for but there wasn't any type of questions asked that were difficult to answer. I have prepared tax return forms by hand, using software that works only in the forms drilling down to the lowest form necessary and through answering questions. I much prefer the question method best which is all Turbo Tax has ever been since I started using it.

Turbo Tax helps me cover all relevant tax subjects. It is simple to navigate between Step-by-Step and Working on your own. It is also easy to research subjects and get better explanations as needed.
