Turbo Tax is 'almost' perfect.

Not happy with this process this year.

Your system wouldn't let me make corrections to errors that where found in the end process before filing. Then it wouldn't let me e-file. I just printed it out to mail instead of e-filing. what a pain. I didn't feel like I got my monies worth this time.

It is good enough

I got audited for 2017 and 2018.. Thank God I found my old software. I made an error on my 2017 form that moved to my 2018 form which could have been solved with better answer links in the software. Your "what's this" links do not provide nearly enough information. You should include additional links within the answers for those of us who have big questions. I found the answer online 2 years too late.

More convoluted and difficult every year

TT used to be so easy to use: just click through the questions, fill out the fields, and BAM! Not anymore. SO many more fields, so much more input, THEN the stuff we input doesn't completely fill out the long forms so we have to go through and correct errors or complete omissions there. Better than doing it all by hand? Probably. As great as it used to be? Not at all. (The tax code just gets more convoluted, so it's not all TT's fault, but jeebus, man!)
