2020 Supplemental Schedule

Excellent service. Had to make one call, quick access and the person helping me was great. I have been using Turbo Tax Home and Business for many years. However, I would not use Audit Defense. It did not work. This was about 10 years ago when we lived in San Diego. It was a La Jolla number and still could not reach anyone.

Smooth Sailing

Smooth Sailing from Start to E-filing. Even though I have used Turbo Tax before, this year filing during COVID was more challenging, but Turbo Tax was easy to follow and complete the Tax return.

I have been using Turbo Tax since 1997 and have never had a problem. Generally, I find it easy to use. My wife has her own small business, and we use the home and small business edition. I've entering the required data to be very straight forward and TurboTax takes care of all the arcana of the tax laws.
We plan to stay with TurboTax.
I'll mention that one year I used a CPA. He had me fill out many, many forms, which some secretary then entered into their computer and I was charged almost $1000. I did all the work, they just used their program. Now I use TurboTax.

Turbo Tax is the only way to file taxes!
