Needs improvement to help if you make a mistake

When using the online questions, it is extremely frustrating that you cannot get a straight answer to your question and that they keep referring to people who have the same "words" in their question, but the question is very different. I had e filed and realized I made a mistake, so I was wanting to try to fix it. Totally a frustrating experience. It is not like a real chat with a real person. It was like they were "guessing" as to what I needed.

Generally complete and good, but a few questions

I have used TurboTax for years so, in most cases, I just update what I want to work on. It was generally complete (and even checked to see I received the stimulus money). But there are a couple of places where it raised a potential question but didn't answer it, and I had to figure it out on my own.

This process was better than preparing a set of paper documents. Helpful tips along the way. A little trouble with error resolution though. No suggestions for those and finally figured out to leave the field blank rather than leave a 0.00 amount. That finally worked.
