Have used Turbo Tax for many years. love being able ro reload prior year info and pulling in info from outside accounts

awesome, but a couple glitches this year

A couple glitches this year, strange forms, the new NEC form thru me for a loop, and a couple error messages which went away when I re-ran the check. Obviously could be me, but it has always been smooth before. Great product, been using it for many years.

Not very user friendly

Did not have a good experience using TT. I continually clicked the boxes indicating that I wanted to choose what to work on, but within each topic I still had to go through all the walkthrough questions. Then, if I ever revisited the topic, I had to start over with all the walkthrough questions even though I already answered them all. Very time consuming. Then could not easily find the input sections for the particular forms/worksheets that I wanted to go to. Later, it indicated that I needed to file a nonresident TN return, but TN doesn't have personal income tax for residents or nonresidents so that was strange. Finally, could not login to my online TT account when paying the e-file fees. Ended up checking out as a guest after 2 password changes.

Easy and trustworth

Turbotax takes the dread out of tax prep. Best part is I trust it not to miss anything that I should be reporting!
