State was rejected due to a software error

I thought everything was flowing fine but after state being accepted it was rejected later due to a software error. I followed the instructions to revise and repair but we will see how things turn out.

Turbo Tax was not up to par.

I was disappointed that I could not file electronically as the software was not handling Form 1310 as it said it would. My court appointment is already on file with the IRS. The software did not print a form to file or allow me to file online.

I had an issue with a 1099R that I needed help with and the person I talked to answered all my questions and even got a CPA involved to help clear things up.
