Turbo made error on VA return & VA rejected.

Got a notice from TurboTax that my VA return was rejected due to a software problem on TuboTax's part. I had to refile. The reason I use TurboTax is to avoid errors. Very poor job TurboTax!! UNHAPPY.

Good except for one thing

Every time a category is finished it takes you back to the list of topics, either income or deductions the list always defaults to the top and then you have to scroll to the bottom. Please change the default to the bottom of the income or deductions list page. I have never needed to go to the top but always have to go to the bottom to got to the next income/deduction topic.

Generally good but VA return rejected

I have used Turbo Tax for over ten years. With a wife and a mini-LLC consulting business my taxes are slightly more challenging than most. Overall I have been happy with Turbo Tax - obviously I keep using the program. This year my VA return was rejected but the reason was not defined. Turbo Tax said it was a problem with their software. Maybe filing early before they had done all the states updates was partially to blame but I like to file as soon as I have all the required documents to forestall a hacker from filing for me. I will use Turbo Tax again next year.
