The TurboTax form for 2019 had one serious error. That is, the website incorrectly claimed that the overpayment of taxes in 2018 was kept on our IRS account and was therefore a way of reducing our tax due for 2019. However, the reality is that our 2018 return asked the IRS for a complete payment of our overpayment of taxes (which they did) and, as a result, our 2019 report of overpayment was wrong. AS a rersult, the IRS sent us a bill for the correct amount due and we paid it. We need to fix this mistake before submitting the 2020 return, since the supposed overpayment in 2019 was expected to reduce our amount due in 2020.

Turbo Tax is awesome

Love it. Love it. Love it. I've used a variety of tax filing tools over the years, and by far, turbo tax is the most, fluid, easy to use, accurate tax filing tool available.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments

I have used TurboTax for years with no problems. It walks me through everything step-by-step, and allows me to file my taxes quickly without worrying about mistakes or forgotten steps.
