Needed a correction I couldn't find

We bought TurboTax Home & Business since we run a small business out of our home. We had an error with one of the schedules that we could not figure out how to fix, and TurboTax wouldn't let us efile without fixing the issue. We called and got a through to a very pleasant advisor who walked us through to the solution in under 5 minutes. An Awesome experience to actually get a customer service rep that knew her stuff!!

One drawback with TurboTax Live is rather than keeping you on hold say beyond 10 or 15 minutes you give the option of having the TurboTax Live rep call you back within a certain time range.

Reliable, Frustrating Turbo Tax

The 2019 Turbo Tax products are very good but very frustrating. I wanted to print out my taxes to file, and the "tax tools" file cannot be found. I have tried many times to print out and was never really able to save. Next year I'll just buy online and forget an actual physical box!

SOFTWARE IS USER FRIENDLY. I HAVE USED IT FOR YEARS. LESS EXPENSIVE THAN HIRING A TAX RETURN PRO. USER NEEDS FAMILIARITY WITH HOW TO FILE TAXES.
