It walked me through step-by-step to file my returns correctly. Although I didn't get the results I'd hoped for (I owe a lot this year), it did help me get through this tax season.

Tired or re-entering the code every update

I have used Turbo Tax longer than I can remember. The last 2-3 year and particularly this year, every time I get on, it "updates" and then I have to put back in the code EVERY TIME. It is ridiculous. It does remember what was being worked on. FIX THIS!!! You might lose a customer.
