Frustrating

When there is an error or a box that did not get filled in correctly, you are on your own. The software will tell you of an error, but it will not tell you exactly where it is or how to fix it. The e-file function is frustrating and the software will not tell you exactly what to do to fix an error.

Easy to get through. I had to call "help" about how to handle the stimulus payments and the explanation was clear and concise.

I Trust TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for many years both for personal and when I owned a business. I like the information and explanations it provides as I so my taxes each year. Access to others with similar situations is also very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
