I would prefer to go directly to the forms I need and fill them out. This is good for people who don't understand how to do their taxes, but for those who do this is much to slow.

Still hangs up with Windows 10

Better than last year, but I still have to do alot of inputs on the forms myself since your program hangs up with Windows 10. it seems alot of people have the same problem and they also had it last year. You don't seem to be solving this issue very fast; are you waiting till all of your customers get new Windows software?!!

turbo tax disappoints

not being able to efile the form 7702 is really a problem. i have bought your program since 1992 and i will no longer be purchasing this program. You knew it wasn't going to be able to work and you should of warned people but you wanted people to buy your product and then we are out of luck.
