I'm very displeased with Turbo Tax this year. For the first time, I upgraded to Turbo Tax Home and Business from Deluxe. Once I started my return, I learned that my last year's tax return information could not be downloaded to my current return because they were two different programs. When I do my taxes, I always relied on the side-by-side comparison of my last year taxes to help me with my calculations. This year, everything from last year was listed as "0" as if I had never filed a 2019 return. I checked online and found several complaints from other Turbo Tax users regarding this software glitch. This was particularly annoying since Turbo Tax constantly offers to upgrade my annual purchase to a different level. I finally agree to do that and find my tax preparation process to be more difficult and confusing.

Good Product would like old features for DLX Back

Overall easy to use, but would have liked to have the old features of The Deluxe version back instead of having to buy the Home and Business Version for a small family farm operation.
