With the exception of one line error (Max Deferral Line 18), which lacked any direction or explanation, the overall experience was fast and easy.

TurboTax is great for the self prepared return

Using the program is easy. Adding a previous year return was not so easy. I had a 2019 PDF return on my computer and the program would not pick it up. I had to create a new return so I was disappointed the transfer of information did not work.

very good program been using it since 2002. helpfull do not need to be expert with taxes to use it. it helps you find the maximum return for the refund.
