TurboTax is OK

We have used TurboTax for years. We recently started using the online version. This year (2020) , we started but did not complete the return before the e-file window closed. When we went back, the information was lost. We could not download information from prior years. We have paid to use TurboTax every year and should have access to returns online. We purchased the download to complete the taxes and still could not download the saved information. Other tax software programs allow access to prior year returns.
