I have been a TurboTax customer since I had my first tax returns as a 'bonafide adult'. I have a great history with this great company and will continue to use their services no matter what changes arrive in my life! A great experience EVERY YEAR!

Great and easy program

Turbo Tax program is easy to follow. The program ask you all the questions to get you the largest refund. It transfer your info from year to year so you don't have to start all over. I have and will continue to use this and recommend to my friends and family.

Calculations work well - payment part, not so good

The tax calculation portion works well but when you have to pay for the extra filing services the screens that take your credit card information do not allow for navigation to the bottom, forcing you to take the the more expensive "deduct from my refund" option. This is the second year that this has happened so I'm not sure anyone is anyone is paying attention to the peripheral aspects of the software.
