Last year with this product activation is painful

I used TurboTax for years and I get the need to protect their software, but the activation is unreliable, every few days makes me reactivate and conflicts with the 2019 version still on my computer. This is the last year I use them.

TurboTax is pretty easy for beginners

I have a small business and did the long form this year myself. I was able to complete the taxes and understand each step. It's much better to understand the process than to take it to someone else...at least in my situation.

The help you get cant be beat

Wife started up a online business last year and we had questions on self employment. The person that helped me was great,found a couple of mistakes and got it corrected quickly. Very friendly and was very knowledgeable.

Turbo Tax never lets me down!

I've always found Turbo Tax to be user friendly. This year I added a small business to my taxes. Turbo Tax came through again by making everything about reporting my business easy and understandable.
