Software: Great. Payment process: Impossible

I like TurboTax and have used it for more than a decade.
The problem is, when you get to the payment info, you're asked to log in... with a password you use once a year. Could not remember it. Tried to reset it -- impossible. It locked the program -- could not even quit. Had to force power down my computer and restart. The best answer is to not log in for payment, simply "continue as guest" -- that solved the problem. You need to make this process easier.

Love TurboTax!

I have been using TurboTax consistently since the mid 80's.......always accurate and easy to use in many tax situations over the years. Highly recommend using it over any other product.
Pros: My employment status changed this year, I bought or sold investments
