Usually good, this year very glitchy

Many quirks and forms added in that I had to manually delete (thanks chat form folks!) in order to make the return accurate. In years past, I have been very happy with TurboTax, but this year I was greatly disappointed. Hard to believe I paid almost $70 for this software. Hopefully better again next year, though after this, I may give one of the other services a try.
