Always an issue with login & could not get AGI

I filed through Turbo Tax for 3 years now and every time I login there is an issue with my password. When completing the 2020 return at the end it required the 2019 AGI and nothing was available when I logged in except for account changes...

Easy to use

The only difficulty was the compatibility with the Windows 8 OS and took extra time to load and at times cursor kept going around and I had to abort and retry.
Pros: My employment status changed this year

Except for the SSA section on Michigan State. I was some what confused when it said the self insured section had to be greater than "0" regardless of how I answered the prior Questions.

Downloading Documents issues

I've been using TurboTax Deluxe for years and for the first time this year, I was able to download documents from my fund company. I downloaded some of my documents from the source and unchecked the ones not to be downloaded as allowed in TurboTax Deluxe.
Everything downloaded so I had to delete the extra copies that I had unchecked before the download. Also you probably need to build something into the software to prevent or at least ask you to confirm the download of each document so that doesn't happen.

I tried to purchase the state efile and my credit information kept being rejected. i called my bank and they indicated there was no attempt to get the charge approved.

Turbo Tax is an Excellent!

I've used Turbo Tax for years to complete my taxes, both Federal and State. They never disappoint. The software is very easy to use and they walk you step-by-step through the process. I've never encountered any problems and thank them for developing such an incredibly easy tool for tax filing!
