My taxes are easier using a stubby pencil

Your software fabricated a 1099-R and it took much of my time to find a way to delete the fictional form. Since I have to assemble and add up all all deductions by hand anyway, I may as well write them in on the IRS forms directly and avoid the TurboTax middleman.

The program cuts out in the middle of your taxes, will not let you enter: Jury,barter,bad debts,hobby,income for us, DC home buyer, and these are just a few of the bugs. Wont run in windows 10, comp, to windows 8 runs only fair. The afore mentioned has no meaning for me, the program just QUITS,and you start over.

My Nightmare

I hired another company to do 2019's taxes which turned out to be a disaster and they didn't file it. Never told me. So I have had to jump threw hoops to get them done. Thanks to your Turbo Tax's help I have just finished and will be sending it in.

You need to fix a problem

When I uploaded last years pdf file using the Turbo Tax disk it showed that it transferred the data but in reality it transferred nothing. When I loaded Turbo Tax from online and tried to transfer the pdf file of last years taxes it finally told me that the pdf file was not valid. I wasted several hours trying to get the program to work using the disk program.
