missing way to enter bank account info on 0 due

Should allow the entry of Bank Account information on returns that have zero due and zero refund so can get covid-19 checks direct deposited.

Turbo Tax download program and historical records.

Great software, however, I had to pay 3 times to 3 vendors for the one good easy download. VISA credited my account 2 times. Turbo Tax should have their own web for downloads. I am a 30 year customer. Turbo Tax does not keep records/history on your good customers. I have had the same address and phone number since 1984, email since 1990. On another subject, when you import the previous years information, Name and address etc. along with bank transit and account numbers do not import. The same problem for many years. This should be corrected. Program should indicate a customer since date like Jan 1987 etc. The term "shipping address" should not be used when your paying for a download on line. It implies your sending a disk.

Turbo Tax is great!

I had no problems using Turbo to do my taxes. I appreciate that the taxes are checked several times before transmitting to ensure no errors. You can't ask for a better produce.
