Great tax prep service; easy to use! I switched to the 'BASIC" issue this year.

I was charged countless times

I paid $30 for the software. Charged $45 twice for I'm assuming a federal and state return. And then another $40 taken from my refund to file.

Turbo Tax is the Greatest

As a widow, filing on my own for the second year in a row now, my taxes were more complicated due to beneficiary, annuity, and property complications. I would be lost without Turbo Tax walking me through the mine field of information.
