fails to guide on many steps, blank screen

I can't trust this software. Several times as it was 'guiding' me through the catagories, it just came up with a blank screen and nowhere to go from there.

Extremely poor connectivity to your account

This software has a huge disconnect between what you're trying to do and your account with intuit. When you think you have purchased one thing you find that you need to purchase additional packages that you thought were included with your original purchase. When you do purchase the additional items you need to re-enter all of your information for the umpteenth time including payment information. You would think that after entering that information several times that it would have that information at hand.

TurboTax is consistently easy to understand!

I've used TurboTax for many years. Each year is easier to understand. This year was the fastest yet - just under 3 hours, including gathering forms needed. When I knew that this year I would use the standard deduction because I now group deductions in alternating years for greater tax benefit, I skipped through a lot of the deduction questions. Lowest payment in 4 years too!

TURBO TAX IS THE BEST

I ALWAYS USE TURBO TAX. IN 2018 I GOT SCAMMED WITH THAT I THOUGHT WAS A FREE GOVERNMENT SITE. NEVER AGAIN! I WILL CONTINUE TO USE TURBO TAX FROM NOW ON.

Great tax program

Everything worked very well, except for some data entries in errors on my part. Talked to the live tax expert, was very helpful in assisting me in fixing my errors. All checked good after her assistance.
