I have been using Turbo Tax for over a decade. Makes what used to be a dreaded action a breeze. No more gathering the shoe box full of receipts and spending 2 hours in a tax return cubicle to pleasant experience at home in my PJ's.

TURBO TAX IS VERY HELPFUL

Ordering Turbo Tax is difficult. The options aren't clear. I've ordered Deluxe for 10 + years running, but somehow this year I ended up with Basic. The ordering process must be made more user friendly. Maybe check the customer's previous purchases and make recommendations during the process.

I'm new to Turbo Tax. I have always sent in paper returns to the IRS. But this year I decided to break out of my "old school" routine and go digital. Couldn't be happier with the way Turbo Tax walked me through the entire process.
